You will be responsible for getting direct sales from businesses that have an online presence. Prospecting via phone, email and your network… to meet the revenue goals. This will require telemarketing and ‘in-person’ sales. We also provide leads from our own marketing efforts.

You Will Be Working With:
You will be joining a team of over 100 people working offshore, delivering high value services for our clients all over the world. We are the obvious experts in driving TRAFFIC to our clients’ websites. Our clients are not just happy but totally DELIGHTED with our services.

An Offer You Can’t Refuse:
As our Sales agent, you will be entitled for a base salary PLUS $500 commission on every sale PLUS 15% recurring commissions on monthly fees paid by clients. You will have an easy, realistic and attainable quota. You will be playing a key role in the terrific growth and success we are enjoying.

How It Works:
You approach prospective clients, explain about our services, prepare and give sales presentations, convince them about the amazing benefits of outsourcing their online marketing efforts to us and close the sale. You get paid $500 instantly PLUS 15% of the sale PLUS you will get 15% commission every month for the sale as long as the client pays and you remain with us. On an average, clients stay with us (paying monthly fees) for about 8-12 months. Our services range from USD 3K to 15K per month for small businesses and over 40K for bigger, consulting projects. For example, if you generate a sale of 50K in your first month from say, 10 clients, you will immediately get $5000 PLUS base salary… PLUS $7500 every month, as long as the clients pay us. This is a 3-month contract, renewable after 3 months provided both parties agree.

What You Need:
• You MUST HAVE 3+ years of verifiable/proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• 2+ years of Sales/Business Development experience in Search Engine Marketing and/or Online Marketing services and/or Internet Marketing Services.
• Experience in generating leads, delivering presentations and closing sales
• Prospecting/cold calling via the phone and also through your business network to meet revenue goals
• Able to learn at a very fast rate and have the ability to take initiative to quickly succeed in our fast moving environment.
• Excellent communication skills to cultivate new client relationships
• A self-starter working independently with or without supervision;
• Prior experience with the selling website/promotion/marketing services is a HUGE plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Selling our services in your territory.
• Participating in seminars, expos and other events.
• Calling on prospective clients and existing clients.
• Convincing prospects on the benefits of outsourcing their online marketing activities to our Company via telephone, in-person meetings, presentations etc.
• Meet or exceed budgeted sales goals.
• Present our company in a professional manner to potential and existing customers via phone, e-mail and fax with respect to promotion, sales and service to grow market share.
• Have innovative sales strategies and quality communication with customers to share new product/services information.

We are looking for full-time “Website Promotion Specialists” who will be trained in running online campaigns for our clients. Candidates having strong written English communication skill AND hands-on Internet usage experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain communication with clients
• Provide support services online
• Prepare documents, short reports for clients
• Perform day-to-day traffic generating activities for clients’ websites
• Answer, filter and forward clients’ emails
• Establish communication with client’s customers, partners, associates
• Research using Internet (search engines, directories, reference websites etc)
• Post to Forums, Discussion boards, blogs specified by clients
• Uploading/downloading files, audio, mp3, documents etc.

Academic:

• Degree
• CBSE/ICSE education with English Medium preferred

Training:

The job requires acquiring additional skills. Complete training on the ‘process’ will be provided to all selected candidates. The training period is usually 1 week.

Technical/Professional Skills Required -

• Using various online search engines
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Adobe PDF, Excel
• Ability to learn using new software programs quickly
• Installation/configuration of software programs
• Good organizational skills

Operations:

The office will be open from 8 to 8 and working hours is from 9 AM – 6 PM.
Lunch timings are from 1:20 PM to 2:00 PM with 2 Coffee breaks in the morning and evening.
As the work we do here is creative and requires complete attention, we DO NOT encourage the use of mobile phones inside the premises.
