Code of Ethics
Let’s set a new standard in our industry and wow our customers. The Code of Ethics below is a set of practices and principles that we believe will create ethical businesses and fully served customers.
Section I: Transparency and Compliance
We will always be truthful and transparent about our expertise, experience, results, credentials and abilities with our clients, followers, media and the general public.
We will ensure that our products or services have clear descriptions and specifications including price and recurring billing, so that our customers always know what they are signing up for, purchasing and receiving.
We will adhere to the guidelines of the United States Federal Trade Commission (FTC), including refraining from making false claims, or misleading testimonials, income or results guarantees, income claims, or financial statements; we will only make claims which we can substantiate. We will also clearly post and articulate earning disclaimers on our websites or communication that references income opportunities.
We will comply with the marketing guidelines of the CAN-SPAM Act in our online communications, including ensuring that recipients of our communication have opted-in to receive messages from us and that they have the option to unsubscribe or edit their contact information at the end of our emails.
We will disclose to our subscribers and members that we are an affiliate of a third party should we anticipate receiving an affiliate commission or referral compensation for recommending their products or services.
We will refrain from offering professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice unless we are certified and able to do so under the laws of our country or state.
We will never promote or endorse any products, marketing campaigns, or services that
(a) Target children under the age of thirteen (13),
(b) Discriminates against others,
(c) Perpetuates hate or misinformation,
(d) Features paid actors pretending to be a fictional customer,
(e) Utilizes false scarcity techniques (for example, that claim a limited number of products exist when it is not true, or that a promotion expires at a certain time when it does not).
Section II: Customer Service Excellence
We will always look toward over delivering on our promises to our clients. We will seek to understand our customers’ needs, situations, issues, ambitions and goals in hopes of serving them with information and services that can help them achieve their objectives.
We will provide a minimum of a 30-day money back guarantee on all of our products and programs, and we will not make our customers jump through hoops or endure hardships or humiliation in order to receive refunds. We also provide a 30-day money back on un-utilized part of “services”.
We will provide customer support for all of our products, programs and services, often in more than one way.
We will respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients and customers and endeavor to protect the same.
We will never participate in any forum or agreement that engages in illegal activity, discrimination or marketplace collusion on the basis of sex, age, race, religion, creed, color, sexual orientation, origin or any other factor.
We will post contact information on all of our sales pages and in all of the receipts, confirmations and invoices that our customers get so that they can always easily contact us.
We will honor our clients’ monetary situations and never persuade them into spending money they do not have or that could lead to their financial ruin.
Section III: SEO and Internet Marketing
We will always use white-hat techniques and procedures in our operations. We will never make use of any technique or strategy that could potentially harm our customers’ online presence or reputation.
We will always strive to present the right and truthful information to our clients’ website visitors. We will not use objectionable and potentially dangerous tactics such as ‘baiting’ or presenting unclear or misleading information to online visitors.
We will abide by all applicable laws and ethics. We will respect other people’s rights on their intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks etc.
We will always present truthful information about our own abilities, expertise, education, performance, training, affiliations or experience. This includes information displayed on our online and offline material about our projects, samples, customers, infrastructure, equipment, proprietary techniques etc.
We will refrain from accepting clients who may have conflicts of interest without prior intimation to all those involved. All customers are treated equally and shall always receive the best of our abilities.
We will always set reasonable expectations for clients and the results they are likely to get. This includes the estimation of time required to reach goals and online marketing objectives.
Customer information will never be sold, rented or leased to anyone. Each and every staff member is bound by a legal and enforceable confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. We always seek to protect our clients’ interests.

Should you agree to the Code and if infoYOGIS is alerted that you have violated its practices and principles, our Review Committee may remove you from receiving information and training from us.
